Kalidaar Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kalidaar , customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered — in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

When We Offer Refunds

If you receive a completely wrong product (not what you ordered), or the parcel is damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

However, this must be reported within 1 to 2 days of receiving the parcel.

When Refunds Are Not Offered

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Fabric or material not as expected
Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
Design or article not liked
Missed the event for which the item was ordered
Any other reason not related to a damaged or wrong product

In such cases, only an exchange is possible — and that too within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
Customers must report issues within 1 to 2 days after delivery, else the request will not be accepted.

Provide Details:
Share your order number, received product images, and the issue faced.

Dispatch for Exchange:

You will be provided with our return address.
Customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the exchange item.

Important Notes

Rs. 1000 fee is applicable for every exchange or return (this includes shipping and handling).
Always use a tracked courier service when sending a product back.
This policy is applicable to domestic orders only (within Pakistan).
